HUDSON SOFT
22 APRIL 1988
This is one of those ‘Game of Life’ games that the Japanese seem to love so much. You and either computer or real players take it in turns to ‘roll’ the spinner (dice) and make your way around the game board. Certain squares allow you to gamble, others let you take out insurance, and other let you get money from the bank. As you progress, your character gets married, has kids etc. It’s an odd little game to Westerners, but I find it enjoyable to play in a strange kinda way. It’s appeal will wane fast with most people though.
GRAPHICS: Adequate. Some nice touches.
SOUND: Doesn’t get on your nerves, like it could easily do.
