Excellent and original platform game converted from the PC. Make your way through the levels to rescue the princess. Not very original? Well, no, but the gameplay is. More than just a conventional platform game, it requires more skilled and accurate jumping, as well as precise positioning. It’s the kind of game where you have to constantly replay levels to learn how to finish them, but once you do it is quite satisfying. Also, you have a time limit for the whole game which is counting down throughout, so the pressure is really on. It’s also the inspiration for the Tomb Raider games, only it’s a lot better.

GRAPHICS: Very similar from level to level, but you don’t really notice. Nice rotoscoped animation on the main sprite, even if it does look a little ‘odd’ in places.

SOUND: Excellent Arabian style tunes make this almost worth buying for the music alone.
