Another classic in its time, Gunhed shows off some spectacular weapons, super-fast scrolling and tons of sprites on screen at once. Also, the sampled speech was a new thing and impressive for its arcade-like quality. It still is a smart shoot em up, although I feel it has been beaten by its sequel - Super Star Soldier, but some people may disagree.

GRAPHICS: Very busy and very fast. Impressive weapons and an arcade-like quality.

SOUND: Nice samples and suitabley racy tunes.
