Good conversion of an arcade game that was nothing really special to begin with. Simply drive along the road after criminals in their souped up sports cars, and bash them into submission. It does get boring quickly and can be quite tough. Includes lots of speech (although it’s all Japanese).

GRAPHICS: Quite bare and uninspiring.

SOUND: Below average music, but a lot of sampled speech.
